I would like to say thank you to all the children, junior and senior, who took part in the Schools Prom concerts in Fairfield Halls. I attended one on 12th February when my granddaughter was singing in the massed choirs. The standard of choirs and bands was superb and congratulations go to every music teacher and conductor/conductress involved on the standard of singing and playing.. Well done all Fairfield stage staff and others from schools and the Trust who willingly moved furniture, musical instruments etc. in record time, between performances. A great night enjoyed by all, I should think, judging by the children's faces.

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed the Schools Proms last night. It was wonderful to see so many talented young people and the massed choirs were a joy to listen to. Really miss you all since Michaela left for University, but it was great for us to see that you are still going strong. Well Done for a great evening. Thank You.

Concert orchestra is the best thing to do on a Saturday morning - I really enjoy it, and I have made a lot of friends out of it. It takes a lot of commitment, but I am so glad I got to this level, and I will keep on striving for BYCO!

I have a piano lesson and clarinet lesson with the BYMT which I thoroughly enjoy. A well as that, I do clarinet quartet every wednesday and Training band on a saturday. (both with my clarinet) I really enjoy the teachers, the music, the lessons, the bands and the other musicians like myself. I really would recommend BYMT to anyone as its for all ages. :)

Maybe Peter reads this: It was good for me to come across this website, listen to some music from todayᄡs Band, and maybe re-establish links to the old guard as well as to todayᄡs leaders. My happy memories going back over 25 years are still with me. Maybe some of the musicians from then read this as well, and get in contact with me - booklech1@gmx.at. Our band, Buergermusik Bad Goisern, just had a brilliant St. Ceciliaᄡs Concert. Looking forward to responses Christoph

Hi

I was at the Picnic Concert in Neuwied on 23 July and I would like to say, it was the most wonderful evening I have been to in a long time.

The guys & girls played superbly and I had goose bumps listening to them. I have them again just remembering the evening.

Thanks again to everyone for a fantastic, if damp evening!!!
