Thought you might all be getting a little anxious, so here is an update of the situation confirmed so far:
Flight tickets have been booked but until CHAPS payment has been processed, they will not be issued.... this is the update as known at 13.05 on Friday 18 July.
Hotel accommodation has all been booked and rooming confirmed
