01 December 2016 I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say a huge congratulations on an outstanding event last night. To see the children's enthusiasm and engagement, and the clear enjoyment of the older students and professional players was truly inspiring. What you have achieved in such a short period of time is truly remarkable.
Not only was it a fantastic and inspiring musical evening, but as a piece of marketing, well, it was a stroke of genius! It was a true exemplar of "stakeholder engagement" at its best. Whether you were a funder, a mayor or a parent, you can't help but have been blown away by the success of the project. And I am sure they, like me, were very proud to have been associated, in however small a way, with such a great achievement.
Thank you again for inviting me, and many many congratulations to all involved.

01 December 2016 Thank you very much for tonight and the whole project - it’s been a triumph and magnificent for the children. We’re very much obliged.

01 December 2016 Fantastic showcase to demonstrate what can be achieved when expectations are high! Thank you for the invite!

31 August 2016 Thank you for helping me at LPV and thank you for making it really fun! :)
I can't go to LPV anymore due to the fact of me being invited to the training band. I will really miss LPV, and you have inspired me to work harder in music. Thank you!!!
I will still be coming to the concerts and seeing you all play and perform a solo, so I will still see you.
From Friends of Kelsey Park
31 August 2016 I wanted to thank you and the BYMT Big Band so very much for the great music which we enjoyed in Kelsey Park on June 26th. It was great to hear a collective sigh from the audience when I announced it was the final piece!
Many of the audience each year are elderly and lonely - some folk are now becoming regulars. They rarely see children and young people performing - including your elderly friend and Battle of Britain veteran Jack Russell, and we were blessed with lovely weather after a really horrid week. We now have quite a 'following' of all ages and one group to whom I spoke earlier in the year came as their group outing.
Please come to play for us again!
I have enclosed a small donation from the Friends, which I hope you can use for the band.
Once again, very many thanks to you and to the players for giving your time so generously to entertain us and our visitors.
from Easter Wind Band
11 April 2016 Just wanted to drop you an email to say how much Lillian enjoyed her Wind Band course this Easter. She is very very keen to attend again.
Please say “thank you” to Mr Brinkley for his dedication, focus, enthusiasm and hard work. I thoroughly enjoyed the performance and would gladly sit through it again. What wonderful talent and maturity they all showed. Amazing.
Thank you once again for all those who helped run the course.
