Office Assistant

Job Description

Fixed Term contract until end of Summer Term 2020.

8:30 am - 12:30 pm Monday to Friday (term time only)

We are looking for someone to undertake a number of general office administration and reception duties, providing you with skills, confidence and experience.

Salary:

£4,980 (£8.72 per hour)


Responsibilities:

You will work closely with other admin staff to help maintain a smooth and efficient office.

You will be the first point of contact in face-to-face, telephone, written and electronic communication.

You will assist with maintaining the BYMT website and social networks.

You will assist with photocopying requests and carry out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, the title of the post and its grading.

Required Qualifications:

Educated to a minimum GCSE standard or equivalent.

You must have a warm and engaging manner with the ability to communicate with people of all ages and backgrounds and enjoy working to a high standard in a demanding environment.
