New social enterprise musical instrument supplier

We're delighted to announce that there is a new musical instrument supplier based at Bromley  Youth Music Centre. Run by a BYMT alumnus, The Music Hub has recently established as a social enterprise business which donates its surplus back to music education.

David Hunt (proprietor) was a percussion student at BYMT from 1981 to 1984 and has been working in the music industry and performing as a drummer and percussionist ever since. David believes in creating profit for purpose and running a sustainable business that invests its surplus in delivering social value and impact. He has decided to combine this core value with his passion to support music education and inspire and nurture the future generation of musicians. That's why everything The Music Hub does helps to support the services provided by hubs and/ or fledgling community music programmes across the country.

Whatever your music instrument or supplies needs, The Music Hub can help. When you buy from The Music Hub you are directly supporting music education and helping transform young lives.

The Music Hub has a website under construction at Contact David Hunt in room 10 at the centre, on 0208 467 6354 or via
